Solaris, the new Vail Village project, will become effortless mountain living with metropolitan convenience according to developer and Vail Resident Peter Knoble.  The Solaris project broke ground this summer after overwhelming approval from the town of Vail and its residents passed in July.  The exquisite building will take over the old Crossroads site, providing both easy access to the mountain for skiers as well as breathtaking views of both the Gore Range and Vail Mountain.

While only 26 of the 77 luxury condominiums are still available; 68% having sold already, there is still an opportunity to own a piece of this incredible luxury property right in the center of Vail.  The condominiums range in size from one to six bedrooms and from 1,200 to 6,500 square feet.  The units start at $2.2 million for a one bedroom plus den of 1,444 square feet. While the project hit some road blocks getting construction permits, as did other new Vail Developments, it is right on schedule for foundation work during this winter and steel erection to begin during summer of 2008.

Solaris will provide an on-site management team available for management of residences, rental and marketing staff.
The project is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2009, with units coming on line for the winter of 2009-10.
