When most people think of the Vail Valley, one image pops into their heads. Skiing! And while most folk originally visited Vail for the snow, and while that is still true, people are now looking forward to the summer. Over the last several years, Vail has worked very hard to turn itself into year round destination, and one of the major reasons they have succeeded is the development of a plethora of golf courses. The Vail Valley has been so successful that in 2006 the area was named No. 1 on Golf Digest/BusinessWeek's list of the 18 hottest retirement destinations for Golfers. Below you will find a brief description of some of the more popular courses in the valley starting in Vail and traveling all the way down to Eagle Ranch.

Beaver Creek
