Restaurant Discounts Off Season in Vail

One of the hardest parts of living in a resort town  like Vail Colorado is the fact that everything seems to be a little bit more expensive.  Whether it be your Value meal at McDonalds, or the cost of a ticket to see a movie in the theater, nothing seems to be discounted.  This of course is true during the busiest times of the year, but if you are lucky enough to visit, or live in the Vail Valley during the “Mud” or shoulder seasons, discounts are can be found everywhere.  In no industry is this more true than for restaurants.  Eateries that had no available reservations during Christmas are now trying to lure locals in with some of the best meals at some of the best prices.  Below you will find a list of some of the restaurants in the Vail Valley offering specials to locals and locals alike.

Vail/Lionshead

Alpenrose- A pair of Entrees is 50% off with the purchase of a bottle of wine through the end of October

Blu’s – 3 courses for $15, with a restricted menu.  $30 for a three course meal with no menu restrictions.

Bully Ranch at the Sonnenalp Hotel – Through mid-November the restaurant is doing a Fall rollback menu where  lunch and dinner prices will be rolled back to what they were 20 years ago.

Camp De Fiori – 3 course dinner for $34 Tuesday through Saturday.

La Bottega - Saturday September 29th only food will be 25% off for the whole night.

La Tour – 50% off entrees starting 09/29; $35 three course Colorado inspired meal on Sundays; 3 course mushroom meal on Mondays for $35.

Larkspur - 3 course meal $35 and 50% off on all bottles of wine through October 11.

The Ore House – 50% off Entrees Sunday through Thursday, and seven nights a week starting in October.

Restaurant Kelly Liken – 50% off al food, and 50% off selected wine and cocktails from October 1 through mid November.

Sweet Basil – Monday through Friday Lunch entrees will be $9.95; 3 course dinners will be $37 nightly.

Terra Bistro – 50% off dinner Entrees starting October 1. 

BEAVER CREEK

Bivans at the Park Hyatt – 3 courses for $32.

Grouse Mountain Grill in the Pines Lodge – 3 courses for around $35.

Mirabelle Restaurant – 3 courses for $35 starting October 2.

Splendido – small plates on regular menu for $6 - $18; eight wines by the glass at $5 - $8; Four course fall tasting menu at $35 starting Wednesday October 3.

Tramonti – 50% off entrees and pastas with the exception of osso buco, which is 25% off.

EDWARDS

Dish Restaurant – 6 courses for $25 from 5:30 to 6:30.  Hours of special extend extend starting October 2.

The French Press – 50% off dinner entrees excluding lamb.

Frites – 3 course dinner special with choice of 3 price brackets ranging from $18.95 to about $25.95.  Bottomless glass of wine is $15.  Bottomless glass of beer is $10.

Juniper – 50% off entrees freom Monday October 15, through October 27.

Ray’s Restaurant – 30% off entrees beginning October 1.

Vista Restaurant – 25% off entrees if seated before 6 p.m.
