Vail Valley

Right now, Vail Resorts is investing over $500 million to both Vail Village and Lionshead.  In addition to this, many of other hoteliers have undertaken projects to rebuild, or rejuvenate there properties.  Currently, there are at least four major projects underway, most of which include an opportunity to acquire different levels of home ownership: The Four Season, The Arrabelle at Vail Square, Vail Plaza Club, and One Willow Bridge.  Additionally plans call for new skier services facilities, additional shopping, dining and lodging, a new ice-skating rink, and entertainment venues. Currently, all of these projects stand at different levels of completion, and are changing on a regular basis.  Bellow you will find information to keep you current on what's going on in Vail.

The Arrabelle at Vail Square is the cornerstone of redevelopment in Lionshead..  As we head into the winter it is bustling with activity.  Drywall, framing window and door installation, boiler work, and fire proofing continue.  When it is complete, Arrabelle will be a condo/hotel with 67 wholly owned residence, 36 hotel rooms, retail, and an ice rink.  It is scheduled to be finished in late 2007.

In Vail there are several large projects that are underway.  The most notable of them is the planned Four Seasons hotel.  Currently construction is at a stand still while permits are acquired.  When the hotel is built, it will have 120 hotel rooms, 16 condos, and 19 fractional ownership opportunities.  Currently, the building is not scheduled to be completed until 2009

The Vail Plaza club, located across the street from the future Four Seasons hotel offers a different opportunity for people who want to call Vail Home.  The Building is comprised of 100 hotel rooms, and 38 fractional-ownership residences.  The hotel will also house 2 restaurants; Da Vinci, an Italian restaurant, and Milano, a casual restaurant.

The residents of One Willow Bridge, located at the intersection of The International Bridge, and East Meadow Drive, are gong to be able to move into there new home during the upcoming ski season. Currently, the exterior is 90% finished, and work continues on the interior.  Work is also being finished on the pool and spa area.  When completed, One Willow Bridge will have 10 condos, 12 fractional ownership units, a grocery store, bakery, wine bar and liquor store.
