The 2007 Teva Mountain Games
One of the best parts of being a home owner in the Vail Valley is all the oppurtunities that are available to us throughout the year. One of the biggest events, and a true kick off to the summer season in the Vail Valley is the Teva Mountain Games. Now in its 6th year, the outdoor sports festival will kick off on may 30th and run through June 3rd. The Teva Mountain Games is the country's largest celebration of mountain sport, soul and culture .

“Come for the winter – Stay for the summer” Locals say it all the time to visitors, and now more than ever this saying is ringing true. Over the last couple of years there has been a real push to make Vail and Beaver Creek a year round destination and our home owners have never had more opportunities to take in some of the finest cultural events in the country. In Vail, you can go see Bravo, with the New York Philharmonic, as well as several other renowned symphonies, or delight to The Vail Valley Dance Festival with a sampling of everything from hip hop to Ballet. The Vilar Center at Beaver Creek will also be playing host to an eclectic group of respected artists. Whether your preference is Country music, or Funk, there is a concert to please you. So when you live in either Vail or Beaver Creek, summer is the season to look forward to.
