Come to Beaver Creek Colorado to be a part of this fabulous festival! Flavors from San Francisco meet the fabulously colorful Colorado Rockies in none other than the Beaver Creek ski resort! This four-day event is meant to celebrate the winners of the San Francisco Wine Competition and the San Francisco Spirits Competition. Additionally, to celebrate the cuisine of imported celebrity chefs and Beaver Creek’s stable of quite innovative chefs.

Saturday, September 15th
Walk and Wine – 9/15, 10am-2pm, $75
Take a guided hike with Beaver Creek Hiking Center experts. Once the hike is complete, enjoy a three-course wine and spirits luncheon at the Beaver Creek Chophouse with guest Chef Joseph Manzare. Don’t worry about your hiking ability levels as every level is welcome.
Fly Fish/Eat Fish, 9/15, 8am-2pm, $200
Enjoy fly fishing with local fly-fishing experts along the fabulous (gold medal?) Eagle River. After fishing, enjoy a three-course wine and spirits luncheon at the Beaver Creek Chophouse with guest Chef Joseph Manzare. Don’t worry about your fly fishing ability level as every level is welcome.
“And a Bottle of Rum” Seminar – 9/15, Golden Eagle, 4-5:30pm, $45
The origins of the cocktail can be traced back to rum. Taste gold medal winning rums and learn how to make a delicious cocktail. Also enjoy delicious food pairings prepared by Chef Marshall Blanchard
Best of San Francisco Tasting , Vilar Center for the Arts, 7-10pm, $60
The one event that you don’t want to miss! There will be over 40 award-winning wines, spirits and dishes from the celebrity guest chefs and from many Beaver Creek favorites.
Sunday, September 16th
Bubbles and Booze Brunch, Grouse Mountain Grill, 10am-noon, $45
This event features guest Chef Gerald Hirigoyen and specialty morning cocktails from St. German Elderflower Liqueur, Finlandia Grapefruit Vodka and much more!
