The Mountains of Vail are alive with activity this weekend. Enjoy the last weekend of Oktoberfest in Vail Village. Locals and tourists alike come out to enjoy the traditional bratwurst and German beers as well as free live concerts and entertainment. Sunday, September 16th kicks off the day with the Oktoberfest fun run/walk. This event offers something for everyone including a 10k, 5k run/walk and a kids 1K with strollers. Proceeds will benefit Children’s Garden of Learning, a local’s favorite school.
A feast for the eyes continues with the 2007 Vail Mountain School Home Tour. This is an annual event benefiting the school. The Home Tour showcases eight luxurious pieces of Real Estate in the Vail Valley. The tour is from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
