Vail Colorado clubs provide mountain comfort and exclusivity

There are several things in Vail Colorado that are considered a commodity besides a just a home here and great views, parking for one, another one is ski storage.  Well instead of just creating a building with a bunch of ski lockers, developers instead have created ski storage at the base of the mountain that comes with a beautiful club.  With comfortable easy chairs, granite countertops, televisions, a cup of hot chocolate or wine, the Cordillera Vail Club offers members not only a beautiful setting to relax and socialize in, but to some, most importantly a place to store their skis.  When they are done skiing at the end of the day, the ski valet from the club will take care of their gear and they are free to warm up with a cup of cocoa in front of the fire.

The most lavish of these clubs is set to open this fall.  It is called the Vail Mountain Club and will include two 60 year ski passes transferable once in the lifetime, parking at the base of the mountain, ski valet service, exclusive dining access and the use of the Lodge at Vail’s new spa.

But ski storage and club memberships come with a hefty price tag.  The Cordillera Vail Club which has 200 memberships is a $20,000 initiation fee and $3000 in annual dues.  These memberships like the name of the club were offered to Cordillera residents and sold out in less than one month.  Convenience is very important to Cordillera residents.

The new Vail Mountain Club is offering two types of memberships, one which costs $260,000 deposit and $5,500 annual dues and the other which does not include the parking privilege is $105,000 with a $3,200 annual due.

What these clubs include but is not mentioned is the great opportunity you have to meet your pier group from around the country and the world who enjoy what you enjoy. It is place where what you are going to do today is much more important than what you do for a living.

The Vail Mountain Club still has memberships available. If you want to own a piece of Vail with incredible convenience, call me for more information on this membership at (970) 766-7080.

Or you can purchase one of our two listings at the Arrabelle at Vail Square where the owners have their own ski concierge and lounge. The gondola is just steps away from the head plaza where you can enjoy a variety of places to eat. This building is the center piece of what is called Vail’s New Dawn.
