The Club at Solaris vies to be the greatest “club” of them all in Vail

Vail is quickly becoming a place to purchase membership in a fantastic “club” as they are called.  This is a growing way to purchase a vacation home. Take just a small piece of a home for the amount of time you will spend in any one location or that allows you to visit/own multiple locations with one purchase.

Some of the familiar names in luxury clubs include the Ritz Carlton and the Four Seasons. First class Colorado condo ownership now also comes in the form of the Club at Solaris in Vail. Prices for membership in the club start at $1.9 million which includes guaranteed access at any time to a three or four bedroom residence at Solaris right in the heart of Vail Village.

Solaris is a still under construction; Vail’s condominium project that is part of the over all gentrification of Vail known as “Vail’s New Dawn”, a multi Billion Dollar series of projects. This includes heating and cobble stoning of the streets as well as new buildings.

The average Solaris Club residence is 2800 square feet and features spa quality baths, gourmet kitchens, stone fireplaces, state of the art communication and entertainment systems and outdoor heated stone terraces with amazing views of Vail Mountain.

Guests will also have access to open air skating, three screen movie theatre, sushi bar, 10 lane bowling alley, underground parking and an incredible indoor pool and spa facility.  Another great benefit is full privileges with The Club at Cordillera including four mountain golf courses, private fly fishing on the Eagle River, the Avanyu Spa and five gourmet restaurants.

What is all this luxury doing to the real estate prices in Vail Village.  They are now some of the most expensive in the West some at more than $3000 per square foot.  One of the new re-development projects called Manor Vail, recently sold a unit for $2,959 per square foot and one of the Solaris units sold for $3,350 per square foot.  In comparison to Aspen, Park City and Jackson Hole where the prices are closer to $2000 per square foot.

With development and re-development continuing for the next several years, joining one of Vail’s clubs is an intriguing way to dip your toe in the owning a piece of Vail pool.
