The Divide Neighborhood is the heart of Cordillera. This where the heralded hotel is with an incredible spa and wellness center. The restaurant has spectacular views and great food. The Trailhead is a place where families can enjoy outdoor adventure in the summer. The Ranch community was once a real working ranch. Now, you’ll find the Winter Haus Nordic Center and Hale Irwin’s 18-hole championship course that is spread across 4,000 acres of mature aspen forests and gently rolling mountain meadows.The Timber Hearth restaurant is a peg and timber construction with a warm relaxing atmosphere. The winter sleigh rides originate from here. The Summit is home to a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course with a mountain top experience. With open space, approximately 2,700 pristine acres, 360-degree knock out views of the Gore Range, New York Mountain, The Sawatch Range, Castle Peak and the Flat Tops it may be a little hard to concentrate while your playing.
Cordillera features a community center with a caterer, firehouse and post office.
